“It was such a pleasure to list and sell this home,”
McMillan said. “With 210 feet of ocean

gorgeous gas-heated pool areas. Although
the home is currently designed as a vacation rental, it can easily be converted
back into 2 single family residences.
The possibilities for this home are almost endless.”
The home features 8 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half baths,
glossy marble floors, a billiards room, and multiple built-ins and fireplaces. Two
riverfront private docks and boat slips come with the property.
The home was previously listed with several other real

McMillan and seeing the marketing that she and DSRE commit to their listings,
they called McMillan. The house was only

According to the Zazza website, Jingle Jet is a unique event where neighbors, friends, co-workers, and strangers nominate families who have experienced undue hardship that adversely affects their holiday joy. A committee chooses five or more families and makes a list for each family of their needs and wants. After wrapping the gifts, they decorate and create the North Pole complete with reindeer, elves, face painters, and snowmen. The Jingle Jet plane boards each of the families and with one simple engine power down the runway with blinds closed, Jingle Jet completes another flight to the “North Pole”. When the families disembark from the plane, they enter the “North Pole” and experience Christmas.
