Dale Sorensen Real Estate is pleased to announce that Josh Stalls has joined the company’s team of real estate professionals.
Growing up on the Treasure Coast, Stalls learned at a young age how precious the local lands were and what heritage and tradition meant to Florida’s families. The son of an agricultural real estate family, Stalls learned the importance of the preservation of land and protecting the area’s natural resources while managing smart growth and development. As a kid and teenager traveling around the area with his father, Stalls learned all the nuances of his home, from the Atlantic Ocean west to Okeechobee and from Brevard County south to Martin County.
Although Stalls is also the day to day operations manager for his family’s property on Vero Beach’s Barrier Island, selling real estate is his real passion. “I love this area with all its history, but I also love how the future is unfolding for our residents. I like being able to be a part of local conservation while also helping new families move to this beautiful part of Florida. I have two sons, ages 8 & 13, and I know what a great childhood they’re having here in this area, so I understand the quality of life people are looking for when they move here. I’m honored to be able to help them.”
If being a successful real estate agent is a goal for Stalls, then selling real estate at Dale Sorensen Real Estate is a large part of attaining that goal. “I joined DSRE because I was tired of swimming upstream with other agencies. I knew I wanted to be with the best and surround myself with the best in order to be a better sales agent. DSRE has everything I need to reach my goals; the training, the tools, the support, the international marketing. But they’re also a family owned-family run business who appreciates tradition and heritage and loves this area as much as I do. And I like how charitable they are in the community. I could not have chosen a better firm to work with.”
Josh Stalls has deep roots on the Treasure Coast and he’s anxious to help others plant their own roots here. Contact him at 772.800.8305 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit him at the office located at 1961 14th Avenue, in historic downtown Vero Beach.
