Dale Sorensen Real Estate Sales Agent Jo Anne Infurna chosen to be exclusive agent for Island Walk

Jo Anne Infurna, sales agent with Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE), has been chosen by developer Vintage Estate Homes to be the exclusive listing agent for Island Walk Villas in Indian Harbour Beach.  Infurna, a Top Producing sales agent has recorded 2 sales in Building 2 and are taking reservations on Building #3 since being given the listings.

“These town homes are beautiful, high quality family residences being offered at an affordable price-point,” said Infurna.  “I’m really excited to offer these listings as part of DSRE’s portfolio.  The reception by the public and other agents has been fantastic.”  Infurna has hosted several broker-opens and open houses since working on the project. She has an on-site team Wednesdays through Sundays.

Infurna’s sales techniques coupled with DSRE’s marketing tools have created a formula for success. “When I was given the original four listings in December, the market for the product was flat.  I developed a sales plan that included new photos, a listing presentation and marketing plan which included placing it on the MLS in Orlando, Vero Beach, Palm Beach County, Brevard County and Daytona.  We’ve started taking reservations on Building 3, but interest is high so I expect these to go fast.”

Infurna has had success on another project for the same developer.  “We have a great relationship.  They know how hard I work and how I take advantage of all the sales and marketing tools that DSRE has to offer in order to market and sell this product.”  In addition to Island Walk, Infurna is working on projects for two other builders, including Coastmark Construction. Coastmark is currently building luxury oceanfront condominiums priced at $1 million and up.

Island Walk Villas are 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2 baths, 2 car garage homes ranging from 2068 sq. feet to 2575 sq. feet, priced from the mid-$300’s.

Matilde and Dale Sorensen, Sr. receive Lifetime Achievement Award

Dale Sorensen Real Estate is pleased to announce that Dale Sorensen, Sr. and Matilde Sorensen were awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate/LuxuryRealEstate.com at its 16th Annual LRE® Spring Retreat.  The event took place at the W Hotel in South Beach, Miami on May 9.

“We are extremely honored to accept this award on behalf of our company,” said Sorensen, Sr.  “We are celebrating our 40th anniversary this year, a momentous occasion for Dale Sorensen Real Estate.  However, we have to give credit to our sales agents, support staff, customers and family, for without their support we could not have achieved the successes we have enjoyed over the years.”

Ray Ferngren joins Dale Sorensen Real Estate

Dale Sorensen Real Estate is pleased to announce that Ray Ferngren has joined the company’s team of real estate professionals.

Ray Ferngren is used to dealing with multi-million-dollar portfolios.  As a member of the financial services industry, Ferngren helped guide clients with decisions relating to their financial goals.  That experience and knowledge is what sets him apart from other real estate sales agents.

“I believe that my experience in the financial services industry allows me to understand the financial component of a real estate transaction as well as my customers budgets and loan processes,” said Ferngren.  “I understand the pros and cons of different loan packages and can help my customers make the best decision based on their individual financial well-being.”

Ferngren has joined the Live Now Team in Sebastian and is finally living in what he calls “the best of Florida.”  Moving here from Jacksonville was a natural decision for and he and his wife.  “My father retired to Sebastian 25 years ago so we’ve been visiting here for a long time.  When the time came to leave the Northeast part of Florida, we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.  We love the feeling of living in a small community, and getting to know our neighbors and fellow residents, and all the business and shop owners.”

The Live Now Team celebrates $26 million in sales in 2017

The Live Now Team believes that helping people enjoy life in the here and now is the most important part of their job, and because of this philosophy, they are a much sought-after team of real estate agents.  The Live Now Team recently announced total sales of $26 million in 2017 but their goal for this year is event more ambitious. The team joined Dale Sorensen Real Estate in May of 2017.

“We are really excited to be able to celebrate these numbers,” said team leader Jim Belanger. “Our team is passionate about Sebastian and surrounding areas and the people we serve and it shows in everything we do.  When you love a community like we do, it’s easy to sell homes there. We all enjoy the beach or fishing life, going into businesses where the staff knows our name, and seeing friends and neighbors around every corner.  I appreciate the hard work this team does and what they have accomplished.  I believe we can top these numbers in 2018 and we’re all really excited to reach our new goals.”

The Live Now Team consists of Jim Belanger, Carolyn Plante, Ashleigh Lovell, Melissa Murphy, and Ray Ferngren.  As the area’s leading real estate sales team, the group believes that they are selling a lifestyle, one that is coveted by those who want a relaxed life far removed from the hustle and bustle of larger cities.

Belanger has been a real estate sales agent for 7 years.  Prior to that, he was in the construction industry for more than 30 years, managing a large team of over 30 employees.  In addition, he oversaw the marketing and scheduling for the business, making sure deadlines were met and projects were kept on budget.  He continues to maintain his General Contractors License.  “I am a problem solver,” he says.  “I’m able to see the big picture.  This really helps when customers come to us with a real estate problem.  I love being able to help them come to a satisfactory conclusion.”

Carolyn Plante retired from Massachusetts.  An avid camper, she originally camped Sebastian State Park, which is when she fell in love with the community.  “This is like a sleepy little fishing village with the vibe of the Keys.  I understand how easy it is to want this lifestyle and I love being able to help others settle here.”  A former Police Officer, she’s good at dealing with all types of personalities and is quick to find the humor in any situation.

Belanger and Plante moved their team to Dale Sorensen Real Estate for a host of reasons.  “We really liked the professionalism of this company, we saw it when we dealt with their other agents.  But their philanthropic work in the community was just as important to us. No other company in this community gives back so much.”

Team member Ashleigh Lovell was an administrative assistant with DSRE when she finally realized her dream of getting her own real estate license in 2015.  A young mom with two small children, she is passionate about raising her children in Sebastian, where she herself grew up.  She’s experienced a great deal of success in the short time she’s been licensed, a testament to her warm, down to earth personality, and ability to make customers feel immediately relaxed and at ease with her.

Melissa Murphy moved from Connecticut to Palm Beach County, working in the real estate investment arena for several years.  After many sightseeing trips to the Treasure Coast with her mom, they both eventually moved to Sebastian.  Murphy has had her real estate license since 2010 and uses her previous experience in commercial and residential transactions to help her customers realize their dreams.  Her attitude of providing excellent customer service to her customers includes not just meeting her clients’ expectations but exceeding them.

Although Ray Ferngren has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013, he just recently joined The Live Now Team.  Growing up in various parts of Florida, he frequently visited his father who had retired to Sebastian.  Eventually, Ferngren moved to Sebastian.  His previous experience in the financial services industry proves helpful to his clients.  His ability to negotiate and understand and explain contracts and loans enables him to help his customers make the best decisions for their goals and dreams.

Josh Stalls joins Dale Sorensen Real Estate

Dale Sorensen Real Estate is pleased to announce that Josh Stalls has joined the company’s team of real estate professionals.

Growing up on the Treasure Coast, Stalls learned at a young age how precious the local lands were and what heritage and tradition meant to Florida’s families.  The son of an agricultural real estate family, Stalls learned the importance of the preservation of land and protecting the area’s natural resources while managing smart growth and development.   As a kid and teenager traveling around the area with his father, Stalls learned all the nuances of his home, from the Atlantic Ocean west to Okeechobee and from Brevard County south to Martin County.

Although Stalls is also the day to day operations manager for his family’s property on Vero Beach’s Barrier Island, selling real estate is his real passion.  “I love this area with all its history, but I also love how the future is unfolding for our residents.  I like being able to be a part of local conservation while also helping new families move to this beautiful part of Florida.  I have two sons, ages 8 & 13, and I know what a great childhood they’re having here in this area, so I understand the quality of life people are looking for when they move here.
