VERO BEACH, FL/OCTOBER 2020 – Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) is excited to announce that Vista Florida Realty has merged with DSRE Brevard.  The merger, which brings together two highly successful Brevard County brokerages, will give the companies a distinct advantage in the increasingly competitive world of real estate.   Both companies specialize in selling new and resale homes, luxury construction, single family homes, condos and waterfront properties.

Vista Florida Realty was founded in 2014 by Grace Vista.  A native of Annapolis, Maryland, Vista has been a licensed realtor since 2004, earning her Broker’s license in 2014.  As an accomplished agent, Vista has won numerous awards, including “Top Producer”, “Top Sales”, “Million-in-a-Month Sales”, and “Leading Edge Sales”.  Deciding to merge with another company wasn’t an easy decision until she met with the DSRE team.  “About a year ago, different larger companies started approaching me about the possibility of selling my company,” Vista said. “They watched us grow from a 3-agent firm in 2014 when we opened, to a thriving 28-agent brokerage a few years later. But I wasn’t interested in selling my company because I did not want to become a franchise and I also wanted to be able to keep providing the best possible service to our clients as well as my agents.”

Sivadon has been a licensed real estate sales agent for 6 years, but it is her previous careers that really give her clients an advantage when it comes to buying or selling a home.  

Sivadon moved to Melbourne in 1978 and lived there for more than 35 years.  Her husband was a local home builder and through him Sivadon became interested in the home building process, most especially, interior decorating.  She eventually majored in Interior Design and became expert in staging new homes for sale.  Working for a builder helped her to see that her true passion was helping others realize the “American dream” of buying a home, or working to make sure her homeowners’ listings sell for the highest price possible by promoting their most valuable asset and presenting it in the very best light.
