Luxury Property Show – Olympia, London
With the most prominent position at the recent Luxury Property Show, held at the world famous Olympia, in the heart of London, Dale Sorensen Real Estate were well placed to display the best of Indian River and Brevard County.
Many wealthy buyers from across Europe, the Middle East and Asia – together with their advisers, thronged the show, which is recognised for featuring some of the very finest homes from across the world.
Dale Sorensen Jr. commented, “London is one of the most influential cities in the world for people with wealth. It is important that we are seen there with our clients’ homes. A show like this is ideal and complements our own UK marketing team working in London’s West End. We are never content to wait for buyers to come to us. We prefer to go to them. Olympia is a venue recognized across the world as “the” venue for a show such as this.”
Nick Churton of Dale Sorensen Real Estate London office said “This is the eighth consecutive year that we have taken part in this prestigious event and this was the busiest by far. Over two days we spoke to more buyers than ever before. The internet is a valuable tool for buyers, but no one has yet come up with anything to beat one-to-one conversation.”
The Luxury Property Show is for specially invited guests. It gives them a private view of the crème de la crème of international luxury real estate. These are very discerning and demanding buyers but the property on show surpasses most expectations.
Dale Jr. added, “This is yet another way that Dale Sorensen Real Estate, working with our specialist team in London, can further access the global market and widen our search for buyers.”

Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) agents and staff continued the company’s commitment to its community by raising $4,000 to support The Zazza Community Foundation’s Jingle Jet project. DSRE hosted the private, invitation only 1920’s Great Gatsby themed evening at the Suntree Country Club in Melbourne. More than 50 guests enjoyed casino games and a costume contest while 1920’s music filled the ballroom.
“The Zazza Community Foundation is a great organization and we are excited about helping them further their mission in this community,” said Donna Browning, Managing Broker for DSRE in Brevard County. “Dale Sorensen Real Estate enjoys a fantastic reputation for philanthropy. Our sales agents and staff sponsor many non-profits in our community and fully support our culture of giving. I’m very proud of the work they all do in this community.”
The event was created and managed by Browning, and DSRE office staff Jennifer Penfield and Mary Brands. Sponsors of the event included Supreme Title Solutions, Rita Bailey of KE Insurance, Chromazone Ink, Mold Trust, and Tosh Pence of Supreme Lending. Several Zazza Community Foundation members were in attendance as well.
According to the Zazza website, Jingle Jet is a unique event where neighbors, friends, co-workers, and strangers nominate families who have experienced undue hardship that adversely affects their holiday joy. A committee chooses five or more families and makes a list for each family of their needs and wants. After wrapping the gifts, they decorate and create the North Pole complete with reindeer, elves, face painters, and snowmen. The Jingle Jet plane boards each of the families and with one simple engine power down the runway with blinds closed, Jingle Jet completes another flight to the “North Pole”. When the families disembark from the plane, they enter the “North Pole” and experience Christmas.

Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) is pleased to announce that multi-million-dollar Top-Producing sales agent Eva McMillan recently completed the closing on a listing in which she represented both the buyer and the seller. The beautiful oceanfront property, at 745 Beach Street in Satellite Beach, Florida, listed for $2 million, was put on the market in February with a contract on it in April. Closing was held off while the sellers built a new home in Viera. McMillan represented her customers in that transaction as well.
“It was an absolute pleasure to market, list and sell this amazing home,” McMillan said. “The buyers were made aware of the property due to DSRE‘s in-depth marketing of the home. There is no other real estate agency in this market that markets listings as widely as DSRE does. With their innovative print and digital advertising and their global luxury real estate affiliates, they were able to bring this home the recognition it deserved.”
The sellers chose McMillan to handle the listing of their property because of her impeccable reputation managing luxury, beachside and waterfront homes in Brevard County. In the early morning hours of December 18, 2015, then Indian River County Sheriff Deputy Chris Lester was shot in the line of duty by a convicted criminal trying to escape arrest. Today, the Law Enforcement Officer, now a Detective, and his wife are the first recipients of Dale Sorensen Real Estate’s Heroes on the MovE (HOME) program.
Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) created Heroes On the MovE in order to reward local heroes by giving them a credit or cash rebate when they buy or sell a home. It’s also a way for DSRE to show First Responders, Active Military and Veterans, and Education Professionals appreciation for what they do and the sacrifices they make every day. The program also gives a contribution to local organizations that support those same heroes.
“My wife and I are thrilled to be able to take advantage of this program from Dale Sorensen Real Estate,” said Detective Chris Lester. “We’re selling a house and purchasing another so we will actually be able to take advantage of this program twice. It means so much to us that they not only appreciate what we do, but that they honor us this way. I also really like the fact they will be donating to another organization that supports first responders. This isn’t the first time we’ve used Dale Sorensen Real Estate and it won’t be the last. They are truly a great community partner and a friend of first responders.”
“This is by far one of the most important programs we as a company offer,” said Dale Sorensen, Jr. Managing Partner for DSRE. “These individuals are the ones that put their lives on the line protecting us, they run into burning buildings when others are running out, and they help mold the minds of our youngest citizens. There is no way we can ever thank them enough but we all hope this will show them how much we value what they do each and every day for the rest of us.”
The rebate is calculated at 25% of the commission received by DSRE in connection with its representation of the hero in the transaction. For example, a $200,000 sale or purchase would equal a $1,500.00 rebate (up to a maximum of $5,000). There are no costs or fees to the hero. In addition, 2.5% of the gross commission will be donated by DSRE to local hero-related organizations. To be eligible, participants must register with DSRE’s HOME program before contacting a DSRE real estate agent. To learn more about the program and other qualifications and conditions, visit www.hero.sorensenrealestate.com or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
