Kim's passion for the business of Florida's real estate is surpassed only by her love for Florida itself. The weather, beaches, along with the diversity of people.....she has found it to be the ideal place to raise her three children. She moved to Florida after graduation from high school on Long Island, NY, to attend college, where she received her degree in Education from the University of Central Florida.
Before turning her talents to real estate, Kim worked as an educator in Orlando, FL, being nominated Teacher-of-the-Year, 3 years running. She then went onto become an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative in SC and NY. The fast-paced and unique real estate market which currently defines Florida, satisfies her desire for excitement, variety and new people and places. All this has been channeled and combined with utilizing her ever-expanding knowledge of Brevard and everything it has to offer. Kim began her career with Treasure Coast Sotheby's International Realty and Florida Oasis Realty before joining Dale Sorensen Real Estate, Inc. in 2017. Enjoying her eighth year now as a realtor, she has become a multi-million dollar producer specializing in all types of residential properties located along Brevard County's coastline. She was chosen in 2016 to film an episode for HGTV's "Beachfront Bargain Hunt." Kim has since filmed 4 additional shows for HGTV's "Island Life" which all premiered in 2017 and 2018. She recently filmed a 6th episode for the show which is scheduled to air in early 2019! The HGTV shows have done a beautiful job of showcasing the Space Coast's waterfront properties and all that Brevard County has to offer!
Kim completed 2017 with 10+M in sales, earned her Broker's license and finished in the top 2% of all Brevard Realtors. She remains intensely focused on service, integrity and discretion. She continues to rapidly build a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, persistence and untiring service. Whether downsizing or upgrading, her joy comes from servicing her clients well and transitioning them to their new homes and new beginnings.
