Located west of US1, the Indian River Club is a relatively large, low density and private golf community spanning over 200 acres. Inside the Indian River Club is an eighteen hole golf course designed by Ron Garl that's complemented by lush surroundings that include pine woodlands, coastal sand dunes, mature oaks and verdant marshland. Although it's primarily classified as a golf community, you'll find swimming activities by the clubhouse, nearby marinas plus fishing and the namesake beaches of the city itself nearby. For security, there is a twelve hour manned gatehouse.
The Indian River Club homes includes properties like custom homes, courtyard residences depicting a British Colonial style as well as single family patio homes. Indian River Club is designed to be multi-generational. Membership to the club is by invitation only but is open to both residents and non-residents.
