Norwest Passage Vero Beach is one of several neighborhoods located within the massive Moorings community, this one located near the waterfront.  Although it's classified as a community, Norwest Passage is more along the lines of a condo community than the typical definition one would associate when seeing the words Norwest Passage homes.  These condos overlook the Indian River and the Intracoastal Waterway and only ten are avaiable.  Norwest Passage units are available with two or three bedrooms or you can opt for one of the penthouses.

If you're interested Norwest Passage real estate, the high end community offers not only a great waterfront location but also access to golf courses, tennis, a marina, a yacht club, a spa and much more.  It's one of the most all-inclusive and beautiful communities to call home in Vero Beach.  Thanks to the location of some of the condos, residents of Norwest Passage enjoy top notch views and easy access to other places nearby.  To the south of Norwest Passage and The Moorings is Round Island Park while the beach and oceanfront lie directly east.
