Citrus Springs Vero Beach is a gated community of single family homes which, as you might have guessed, is named after the fruit that the state of Florida is famous for. Each of the Citrus Springs homes belongs to a “village”, of which there are three within the community. Depending on which village you choose, you'll find Citrus Springs real estate like such as detached single family residences or patio homes for sale. Citrus Springs is still relatively new so there are also several empty lots for sale that you can purchase and build a custom home of your own.
To the east of Citrus Springs is the West Side Racquet Club, if you're a tennis enthusiast. A short distance you'll find the various shopping sites at the Indian River Mall or, once you're done shopping, you can catch a game at Holman Stadium which is two blocks east of the mall. You'll also notice that the Vero Beach Airport is also within the same area, a huge perk if you fall under the category of frequent flyer.
