Brae Burn Estates Vero Beach is a circular shaped neighborhood of single family homes located west of 56th Avenue and Bent Pine Golf Club, named after the street on which the Brae Burn Estates homes reside which is called Brae Burn Circle.  One of the first things you'll notice when exploring the community is the oblong shaped lake which extends through each of the homes found on the southern side of the neighborhood.  In fact, these homes have direct access to the water which provides a great scenic backdrop.  Even if you choose Brae Burn Estates real estate located on the northern end, it's just a matter of hopping over Brae Burn Circle to get to the water.

The Bent Pine Golf Club is practically right next door to the east of Brae Burn Estates but you may also wish to consider visiting the Sandridge Golf Course to the northeast which shares terrain with the much larger Kiwanis-Hobart Park.  Right across from Sandridge Golf Club to the north is Redstick Golf Club while Johns Island Club is just north of that.
